Samantha, our Daughter, starts her new job at Hannah and Becky Moodys yard. Sam joins them as a BD Apprentice for a period of at least a year. She left school this year with excellent results and on that basis has decided that she wished to do the BD apprentice scheme in readiness for a career in Equine Sports Science.
This year she will focus on her riding and horse management skills.
In addition the Junior horse that we had purchased for Sam needs more time to develop so we have leased Kwadraat, Becky Moodys small tour horse for Sam to ride while at Gunthwaite.
We will update you with their progress shortly. |

Batida de Coco, a 3 year old stallion son of Findy a Caesar mare places 2nd in the Bindeschampionat in Germany. Batida was short by point 5 of a percent in the Bundeshampionat 2008. Very well done. |

Our first foal then 7 years old joined Ruth Edges eventing team for the 2007 season. Kiri went out 3 times while at Ruths. His show jumping was his weakest section however we have later found that he had suffered an injury. With some time off this year we are hoping to bring him back out for the 2009 eventing season mainly due to the weather so far this year. Watch this space.
We have a number of youngsters now ready for sale including an excellent show jumping/eventing prospect. Please call for further details.

Outdoor arena hire. £10.00 an hour for the first two horses then £5 per extra horse. Enquire for day rates. If you are on your own and need assistance or you are show jumping just let us know. We are more than happy to assist you.
